Thanks to the resort’s central location on Via Prati, guests can reach the town amenities, bus and ferry links, and Porlezza’s lakeside road (2–5 minutes on foot). Perfect for a fun and varied holiday on the Italian-Swiss lakes, the resort is only a short drive from the year-round lake capital of Lugano and the picturesque, well-connected Lake Como town of Menaggio on Lake Como (22–28 minutes by car). The apartment does NOT have a lake view. Access is via a side street. Parking (for 1 car) on the property.
