Villa Adea is located on the outskirts of the village of Kosinozici, just 5 km from Porec. It offers guests a fully fenced, approximately 500 m² property with a heated pool measuring approximately 3 x 12 m (available upon request for a fee), a covered terrace, and an outdoor kitchen with a large table, barbecue, separate Weber kettle grill, large smart TV, BOSE outdoor speakers, a commercial ice machine, and a separate outdoor toilet.

The house's location is ideal for a peaceful holiday in Istria. All necessary amenities can be reached within 5-10 minutes.

Villa Adea, with 156 m² of living space, is richly equipped and furnished with high-quality furniture. The house is particularly notable for its fully equipped kitchen with an American side-by-side refrigerator, Nespresso capsule machine, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and Kennwood blender.
On the ground floor, you'll find a very comfortable living room and a guest toilet, as well as access to the pool terrace.
On the first floor, you'll find three comfortable bedrooms, one of which has a wonderful balcony with sea views.

All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning, and a Smart TV.

A safe is also available in one of the bedrooms.

A washing machine, dryer, ironing board, and iron are available in another room.

The outdoor shower and the pool, measuring approximately 3.00 x 12.00 m and ranging in depth from 1.35 m to 1.70 m, leave nothing to be desired. Here, you can enjoy swimming and doing laps.

The pool can also be heated upon request for an additional fee.

The outdoor kitchen, complete with a barbecue fireplace, Weber kettle grill, commercial ice cube machine, and sink, as well as a large smart flat-screen TV with a BOSE sound system, leaves nothing to be desired outdoors.

The outdoor toilet completes the amenities, along with six comfortable sun loungers and parasols.

Up to two vehicles can be parked directly in front of the house in the private parking spaces.

großzügiges Haus in Strandnähe

aus der Beschreibung konnten wir leider nicht entnehmen, dass die Villa Adea kein freistehendes Haus ist die Raumaufteilung ist großzügig, die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, alle Möbel sind neu und gepflegt, den Außen-TV können wir nicht bewerten, wir haben ihn nicht genutzt der Pool lädt zum Schwimmen ein, nicht nur zum Abkühlen leider konnten wir erst ab 16 Uhr auf das Grundstück, wir hätten auch nur im Außenbereich bis zur Bezugszeit gewartet

Super lækkert hus og virkelig skønt udeområde og pool

Vi var en familie på fem og nød vores ophold. Helt fra starten af havde vi god kommunikation med udlejer, og han vendte altid hurtigt tilbage på vores spørgsmål. Vi blev hele vejen godt informeret pr. mail. Billederne og beskrivelser stemmer så godt overens med, hvor lækkert det er. Køkkenet er godt udstyret med service mm. Super fedt med udendørs TV på terrassen og skønt at poolen er stor. Miro og Malene tog pænt imod os og satte os ind i huset. Også ved afrejse var Miro meget venlig og imødekommen. Huset ligger i et roligt område med ca. 10 min. kørsel i bil ind til Porec centrum, hvilket var fint. Vi kan på det varmeste anbefale en ferie i huset.

Tolles, modernes Haus.

Alles Super! Von der Kommunikation, über Hausverwalter, etc. hat alles super geklappt. Man brauch ca. 10 Min bis Porec. Highlights waren der sehr lange Pool und der TV im Aussenbereich!

Super schönes Haus!

Wir waren zum 2. Mal in diesem tollen Ferienhaus und waren wieder sehr zufrieden. Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer und dem Hausverwalter war auch alles super. Wir können dieses tolle Haus nur weiterempfehlen.
