This studio is not in the outskirts of town, not even a short (read that many times) Walk from town, we are directly in the middle of the Old Town as the pictures show
Walk out of our place and the first restaurants and bars are 25 meters away, water is only 50 meters away, Venice ferry about 350 meters away you will not need a car or transport other than your feet to see and do everything Porec has to offer
If you want a day trip there are plenty of agencies offering them close by
The biggest and best water park is just a short cab ride away or just walk to the public beaches or alternatively take the ferry for 15 kunas to St Nikolas island just a few hundred meters off shore
Rent a bike a short stroll away and check out the country side

In the Old town near the Venice ferry and Water,Bars Restaurants and everything a Mediterranean Old Town has to offer

Then stay in Venice for a few days on your return home to unwind or vise a versa

Perfect Porec

I knew nothing about Porec when I made the booking. I got fantastically lucky with it. The location was in the old city and close to everything I needed/wanted yet it is tucked just far back from the hubbub and was peaceful inside. Tony came right down and let me in. He has a compendium of Info I’m several languages and have me good advise about “goi g to the beach”.
