Wonderful traditional Umbrian villa with air conditioning and internet wi-fi. The Villa has been recently restored, transforming this over 400 year old farmhouse into a comfortable home. This holiday house is 3 km away from the little town of Poranto, which has basic services and some restaurants, Orvieto is 6 km away and has all kind of utilities. A well maintained garden surrounds the property, and there is a private swimming pool with sun lounges and umbrellas. On one side of the pool there is a covered area with external sofas, chairs and table. Next to the kitchen there is a patio equipped with table and chair with a barbecue.

Guest will have access to: Internet connection Wi-Fi (free wi-fi); Air condition; Private Garden, private swimming pool 7x14 meters 1.20 to 2.20 depth, privatre parking and electric gate, Satellite Tv, Dishwasher and washing machine

Distances: The Villa is 3 km from Porano, nice hilltop village with bar, shops and restaurants. The nearest city is Orvieto 6km, famous dominated by the Duomo in the heart of this magnificent hilltop town. The Bolsena lake is about 30 minutes’ drive. Civita Bagnoregio 12 km, Montepulicano 70 km, Perugia 80 km, Rome Airport 120 km.

The "Utilities charge of 40 € per day" include: Final cleaning as well as two additional cleaning services during the week, Mid week linen change, Use of electricity and air conditioning, Internet Wi-fi and tourist tax

Ground floor: the entrance leading into a sitting room with fireplace, a door take you to the large fully equipped kitchen, wiht Air Conditioning split, which opens to a sitting and dining room with fireplace, two large window offer the view of the pool. Right out of the living/dinign there is a paved terrace with a dining table ideal for alfresco meals.
There is a twin bedroom (convertible to double) with an ensuite bathroom with shower. Second double bedroom with Air Conditioning split, and ensuite bathroom with shower.

First floor:Sitting area with a double sofa bed with non-working fireplace.

Second floor-tower:Double bedroom with Air Conditioning split, and an ensuite bathroom with shower with wooden floors.

The last two bedrooms are situated in the lower ground floor, and both has direct access to the garden, both has double beds and ensuite bathroom with shower.

The little house next to the pool features the summer kitchen and Bathroom with shower.
