Garagem super pequena

O quarto era bom e a cama confortável e o café da manhã estava bom. O problema e que não tinha nenhum armário pra colocar as roupas e a água do chuveiro levou um tempão pra esquentar e a água não estava quente o suficiente. Outra coisa é que não há academia como anunciado e a entrada da garagem é tão pequena que a maioria dos carros tem que procurar vagas nas ruas.

Foi ótima e surpreendentemente positiva. Poderia dar um desconto pelo estacionamento ser extremamente difícil o acesso pro carro, e muita gente vai arranhar o carro ou até bater, mas pra mim só foi um mais difícil, até por causa do carro pequeno que eu estava, um argo. Fora isso, foi ótimo! Quarto. Chuveiro, até a Tv a cabo, tudo muito bom. Jantei no hotel e foi ótimo. Café da manhã espetacular. Excelente custo benefício e ainda consegui um quarto com boa vista no 9 andar.

O hotel é aparentemente novo. Porém o quarto tem cheiro de mofo, não abrem as janelas para ventilação natural. Café da manhã é bom, cama boa, acredito que um melhor zelo pelo quarto seria crucial. Estacionamento é bem ruim também.

Era para ficarmos dois dias, mas detestamos o hotel! Ficamos menos de 24hs! A Thaís foi ótima, muito cordial, mas o resto foi péssimo! Quarto tinha um mal cheiro terrível, não sei se era do ralo do banheiro ou de mofo!!! A cama era king e muito boa! A comida era péssima! Pedi um nhoque que era pura farinha e o molho era pior que extrato cica! O garagista não foi cordial na recepção, pedi ajuda com as bagagens e fui ignorada! Muito mal educado!

Decepcionante para um hotel tão novo.

Péssima experiência. Viagem a trabalho 3 noites, na primeira noite no jantar resolvi pedir um delivery, o restaurante do hotel se negou a me fornecer prato e talheres, porque eu havia pedido um delivery, segundo a funcionária, os utensílios são fornecidos somente para pedidos no restaurante do hotel, sendo que no meu caso o meu pedido de delivery foi um tipo de comida que o restaurante do hotel não ofertava. Na segunda noite o ar condicionado do meu quarto parou de funcionar, tive que mudar de quarto. Em 2 das 3 noites que fiquei hospedado havia apenas 1 dos 3 elevadores operando, virou um caos em horário de pico. O estacionamento é ruim, o meu carro ficou num terreno de chão batido em frente ao hotel, em um dos dias choveu e o acesso virou um lamaçal.

Excelente Hotel

O Hotel é muito bom, só dois pontos negativos na minha percepção que as paredes são de drywall e se escuta tudo que as pessoas dos quartos vizinhos falam. Além disso o Hotel possui garagem, mas por algum motivo está inacessível e precisei deixar o carro na rua, o que não é muito um problema pois tem um segurança que vigia os carros. No geral muito bom, café da manhã excepcional!
