My apartment is in the small fishing village of Madalena do Mar. Next to the beach, close to restaurants with regional gastronomic specialties, offering several activities for families. You will love my space because of the location, the environment, and the outdoor area. My space is good for couples, individual adventures, and families (with children). The location of this small village is ideal for those who want to explore the island because it allows you to get to the mountain and the north of the island in a short time.

Schöne Strandwohnung

Geräumige Ferienwohnung in der 2. Etage mit Parkplatz im Kellergeschoss. Die aufgeführten Ausstattungsmerkmale der Wohnung waren alle zutreffend bis auf den Toaster, den haben wir nicht gefunden. Die Ausrichtung des Balkons ist West-Südwest, so das ab ca. 13 Uhr die Sonne darauf scheint. Das Haus wird nur durch die Durchgangsstraße von der Strandpromenade getrennt. Ein Mietfahrzeug ist zu empfehlen, da keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vor Ort und keine besonders gute Busanbindung. Somit entsprach alles unseren Erwartungen und wir haben den Aufenthalt dort sehr genießen können. Danke an Carla & Sergio das ihr uns den Aufenthalt dort durch die Vermietung ermöglicht habt und wir werden euch gerne weiterempfehlen. Armin&Claudia

Geräumige, saubere Ferienwohnung

Zur Zeit unseres Aufenthaltes fanden am Barranco an allen Werktagen lärmende Bauarbeiten in der Nähe statt, so dass die Balkontür zur Straßenseite geschlossen gehalten werden musste. Die Wohnung selbst ist hell, geräumig und war in einem tadellosen Zustand. Verbesserungswürdig ist das Angebot an Küchenmessern. Ersetzt werden müssten auch die Bratpfannen, deren Beschichtung fast vollständig zerstört ist. Durch die Lage der Wohnung im zweiten Stockwerk ist sie für gehbehinderte ältere Leute nicht geeignet. Ohne Leihwagen wäre ein Erreichen von Ausflugszielen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten schwierig. Für uns bot die Wohnung einen erfreulichen Aufenthalt.

jättefint allting men värden kunde ha upplyst oss om att en byggnation alldeles utanför pågick hela semestern 3v urdåligt med koppar och glas samt vassa knivar,det var tur att vi hade mad oss egen.

Zeer enthousiaste eigenaar Serge komt uitleg geven over de benodigde faciliteiten in en om het appartement. Het appartement ligt aan de kust, vlakbij Calheta. Hier is een aangelegd zandstrand. Winkels op 10 minuten afstand. Veel informatie over het eiland aanwezig in de vorm van boeken en folders. Uitzicht over zee vanuit het appartement. Goede verbindingen door het tunnelnetwerk op het eiland. Huurauto is wel een aanrader. Parkeerplaats onder het appartement. Minpunt: Veel verkeer over de weg voor het appartement. Soms geluidsoverlast. Prijs /kwaliteit verhouding: Uitstekend. Carla en Serge bedankt voor jullie service. We hebben een heerlijke week gehad.

Emplacement et vue exceptionnels

Très agréable séjour. L'appartement est très bien situé pour visiter l'île ou aller sur la plage de sable fin de Calheta. La vue est exceptionnelle depuis le balcon. Possibilité de visiter les bananeraies voisines. Propriétaires très accueillants et sources d'informations sur les différentes visites. Nous reviendrons.

Prima Wohnung mit herrlichem Blick aufs Meer vom Bett aus

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, mit alen wichtigen Dingen einschl. Waschmaschine. Das schönste ist aber der Meeresblick und die zu genießende Sonne. Von allen Teilen der Wohnung war das Meer zu sehen und das Rauschen zu hören. Sie liegt auch verkehrsgünstig. Von dort ist man relativ schnell an allen Wanderorten und auch nach Funchal ist es nicht sehr weit. Ich kann die Wohnung sehr weiter empfehlen. Die Vermieter sind freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Traumwohnung mit hervorragender Ausstattung

Die Wohnung ist nicht nur traumhaft schön gelegen, sie verfügt zudem noch über alles was man benötigt. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend und die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und in allen Belangen hilfsbereit. Wir können diese Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen und werden sie mit Sicherheit nochmals buchen. Die Bilder stimmen mit der Realität vollstens überein. Schlafen mit Meeresrauschen und ein traumhafter Ausblick. Wenig Autoverkehr und exellente Parkmöglichkeit.
