Het appartement op zich was ok, doch de vele trappen naar het 3e verdiep waren er teveel aan. Zeker met het hete weer. Ook het feit dat er geen airco was( 1 windblazer), was niet altijd aangenaam. De omgeving was rustig en gezellige straatjes, en de Moezel lag vlakbij. Dit maakte het ontbreken van balkon of tuin weer goed!
