Full of character and charm, this Majorcan stone townhouse has both original and modern features. It has been restored to a high standard, and has been decorated with love and attention to detail. The house has plenty of outdoor space where you can soak up the sun. The cosy courtyard with private pool and the fantastic roof terrace will allow you to spend your summer holiday outdoors. The ground floor benefits from a spacious kitchen, dining room and living room. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms and one bathroom. The top floor is an independent loft with another double bedroom, a bathroom, a large living/dining room and a kitchen.

Great location and nice features in this old property.
Air conditioning noisy in top bedroom especially. It must be an old design as we were told not to turn below 23 as the unit could fail.
Clean but dated and in need of a paint refresh. Swimming pool is not swimming pool! - it’s a paddling pool.
