Charming country house situated in the area "La Font", very close to the village of Pollensa. The outside area of the villa has a well kept garden, a swimming pool with sun loungers, terrace with barbecue and a very quiet and pleasant environment.
The interior of the house has been recently refurbished, but retains the old charm of a traditional Mallorcan country house. There is a living/dining room with two small sofas, a fireplace, and a table with chairs for dining. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there are two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. The property has two double bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other with a double bed, and both have plenty of light. There is air conditioning in the bedrooms, as well as in the dining/living room, and the house has internet access.
The quiet village life with its wide range of restaurants, bars, terraces and shops is right next door, and several of the most beautiful beaches in the area are within short distance by car. It is an ideal house for a quiet family holiday.
