The ground floor features a living room with a Smart TV and access to the garden, alongside a kitchen equipped with an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and coffee maker. There is a dedicated dining area and a laundry room. This floor also includes a double bedroom with a 180cm bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC, as well as an additional shower room with a WC. On the first floor, the master bedroom has a 180cm bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC, and access to a private terrace. A twin bedroom, featuring two 90cm beds, comes with an en-suite bathroom that includes a shower over the bath, WC, and bidet, and also opens onto a private terrace.
