The Sivella apartment is a studio magnificently located on the first line of Puerto de Pollensa, and has a balcony with splendid views of the bay and beach of this popular enclave. The apartment has been recently renovated.
Upon entering we find the living room and an open kitchen. To the left is a full bathroom with a shower and an open bedroom with a double bed. The apartment also has built-in wardrobes, an air conditioner in the living room and satellite television. The balcony stands out, provided with outdoor furniture.Being located right in front of the bay, the views from here can only be classified as fantastic. It is worth mentioning that it has a solarium terrace on the upper floor with hammocks available and from which you can see spectacular views of the Bay of Pollença.
This apartment, located on the second floor of the building, is just a few meters from the beach, as well as a few minutes' walk from the La Gola natural park and the center of Puerto Pollensa, where you will find a wide variety of shops and restaurants. restaurants of all kinds.
