Can Marti Cirerer is a charming 3-bedroom property with a shared pool, uniquely located just steps away from the coveted sandy beaches of Puerto Pollensa. With a wide variety of shops, restaurants and facilities practically at your doorstep (no car required) and the additional convenience of renovated interiors, private garden area, air conditioning and pool, this apartment ticks all the boxes!



Inside, the apartment measures an impressive size of 120 m² and features a spacious living/dining area, a fully equipped modern kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The interiors are elegant and well-furnished, and are filled with natural light. The bedrooms are respectively 2 doubles and 1 twin. One of the double bedrooms has its own en-suite bathroom, while the other 2 bedrooms share a large family bathroom.



The entire property is air-conditioned (included in the rental price during established hours, between 2 pm and 4 pm and from 9 pm to midnight).



Outside, a beautiful garden with dining facilities complements the environment. The attractive shared pool is an additional plus, very difficult to find in other properties so close to the sea! The pool is shared only among the 6 apartments in the building, therefore, there will be enough space for all guests to enjoy it.

In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.



On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management.



The guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore near your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.

Lovely property with outside space and easy access to the pool, beach and local restaurants. Ideal for families with a sandy beach around 200m away. The apartment is well equipped, clean and comfortable with plenty of wardrobe space. Would definitely stay again. Only negative was that we found some broken glass in a corner of the main room which the cleaners must have missed. It would also have been good to have some kind of mosquito protection as there were a lot around and we ended up having to spend a lot of money buying plug ins for every room.

Beschreibung klingt besser als der Zustand ist

Wir haben den Code für die Keybox nicht vorab bekommen, sondern erst auf Nachfrage als wir vor der Tür standen. Und das obwohl wir vorab online eingecheckt hatten. Der Safe ließ sich nicht nutzen, da er Code, auf Nachfrage, aus Sicherheitsgründen nicht geändert werden sollte. Der gebuchte Reinigungsservice erschien gar nicht erst. Auch nicht, nachdem wir den Anbieter darüber informiert hatten. Der Geschirrspüler lief bei jeder Nutzung aus. Wir haben den Anbieter darüber informiert, aber auch hier kam keine Reaktion. Das Mobiliar im Wohnzimmer und auf der Terrasse entspricht nicht mehr den Bildern im Angebot.
