Villa L'Auba is located in a quiet and isolated rural setting, but just a short journey from the beach and restaurants along the Puerto Pollensa promenade. It also has good connections with the Old Town of Pollensa, just a short trip away.
This charming 4-bedroom villa features a spacious lawn garden with views of the nearby peaks from the pool side. Inside, the villa has a traditional décor including tiled floors and beamed ceilings. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in all bedrooms are included.
A private road from the highway leads to Puerto Pollensa's car park area. The main entrance is at the front of the house.
The open-plan living and dining room has a table and chairs for 8 people, as well as comfortable sofas and a flat-screen television. The living room has patio doors leading to the gardens.
The kitchen is adjacent, and is spacious, fully equipped and even has a small breakfast table. The kitchen has a full oven, cooktop, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster and kettle. A small service room can be found along the corridor, with access to the parking area.
Villa L'Auba has 4 bedrooms. The first double bedroom has an en-suite shower room and overlooks the pool. The twin bedroom also has an en-suite shower room, with views of the surrounding countryside. The second double bedroom is at the front of the house and shares a separate shower room with the other twin bedroom, which also has access to the garden. Each bedroom is cool and bright, and has plenty of storage space.
The best feature of the villa is its outdoor space, with a private pool, garden and outdoor dining area. Villa L'Auba has a large lawn with plenty of space for sunbathing. The surrounding hillside can also be seen between the trees. The traditional-style barbecue is on the side of the house and there is a table and chairs on the covered terrace. Additionally, overlooking the pool, there is a small shaded rest area with comfortable seating.
Villa L'Auba can accommodate up to 8 people. (Travel cot and high chair FREE available upon request.)

Easy Villa Mallorca
Als Agentur Mieterunfreundlich. Die Finca war um 13 Uhr schon leer& gereinigt...uns teilte man mit, dass sie erst an 14:30 bezugsfertig ist.Haben von der Reinigung & Wäschewechsel keinen Gebrauch gemacht...statt dessen haben wir 2 Müllsäcke zur Entsorgung da gelassen....es war einfach kein Platz mehr im Auto. Müllentsorgung kostete dann 50 €. Die Finca ist toll & die Betreuung durch die Eigentümer perfekt! Zum Wasser sind es nur 20 Minuten zu Fuß. Leider hatten wir extrem viel Mücken an & in der Unterkunft. Netze wären von daher sinnvoll. Man muss schon harte Matratzen mögen, um erholt aufzuwachen. Aber man kanns ja nicht allen recht machen...wir werden die Finca nicht mehr buchen....harte Matratzen...und die Nähe zur Straße, welche man schon wahrgenommen hat.
