We had an amazing stay over the Easter holiday. The location of Harrigan's makes it easy to enjoy all the benefits of the Hunter Valley. The staff provided fantastic customer service and the longest we waited for a meal was 15min, which was amazing for the amount of people ordering meals.

Hotel is need of a make over. Checkin was not at the hotel but up the road at the Mercure. Rubbish bin in room was rusty and dented did not look good. We have stayed here bore and there seems a big down turn

Sadly the venue was seriously dated and needs to be updated. We had to ask for fresh linen from a full service venue. On trying to contact reception we had no response to our call but we were well looked after on face to face service. On the whole the venue was fabulous for dining facilities and the room was comfortable.
