All round was a really good stay! Really comfortable for my family would of been an absolute 10/10 if there was wifi but apart from that a really good weekend thank you again

Loved it and we would go back again. Just a couple of small issues that need attention. The back veranda needs a polycarbonate roof, very cheap and simple to fit. Also, the BBQ plate and grill needs a thorough clean and scrub, ie, remove them, clean off the rust and burnt fat, then season them before replacing. Otherwise we had a great time, loved the peace and quiet, and only a 5 minute walk to the tavern.

Reviewer Comments: Four fishing mates stayed at Catch N Relax for a great week in Point Turton.Only downside of the whole week was the wind which prevented some time on the water.The property was as described in the listing. Clean, tidy and with plenty of room for both cars and boats. Perfectly located with short drive to the boat ramp and easy walk to the jetty and tavern.We’ll definitely be back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Really enjoyed our 3 nights at Point Turton. Accomodation excellent. Short walk to the tavern and jetty is directly opposite the tavern. Very clean and modern property. Nice verandah out the front with an outdoor setting so we enjoyed a few drinks with views of the ocean to our right. Had to change some details of our booking and staff were quick to respond and very efficient.Would stay here again.

Relaxing Long Weekend for Everyone

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Me, my husband, sister and Mum & Dad stayed for 3 nights. We found it handy to both the jetty and Magazine bay which was used for snorkelling in between.Most of the family enjoyed a morning walk to the jetty to see what fishing action was happening and we nearly swam from the jetty each day. No worries about the tide and saw the resident sting rays each encounter.The large living area air conditioner was very welcome as temperatures were in the high 30s. With the bedroom fans we all slept comfortably. No problem with showering. Plenty of kitchenware. The Turton tavern was a 5 minute walk so Saturday night dinner didn't need the car. Only problem we had was with outdoor BBQ which ran slowly majority of our time using it the first evening.

Plenty of parking space back and front and great facilities. Should also mention it has a washing machine which is not listed in the description but was a welcome surprise. Nespresso pod machine works great and all beds were very comfortable, ample kitchen ware available, Would definitely stay there again.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Easy to book and pay for, good customer service. Floors kitchen items and bedding need to be properly cleaned before visitors arrive. Dirty quilt cover on one bed had to be washed - body fluid not at all satisfactory, floors had gravel and debris on them and pots cups and cutlery had foodstuff caked on them - had to clean before using. Shower cubicle had hair and dirt on the floor. Would appreciate a refund of cleaning fee paid as we had to pre-clean many items before use.

Quite possibly the best location to explore Southern Yorkes.

Catch 'n' Relax is a roomy, comfortable and functional property for local fishing or exploring all sections of SYP. If you're not relaxing in Pt. Turton itself, you can easily access many other locations like Corny Point, Warooka, Yorketown, Minlaton, Stansbury and so on. This house is ideal for a family or a group of friends.
