Pt. Beach Luxury Home Heated Pool with Pavilion and Fire Pit

Absolutely Amazing summer rental!! This stunning, like new, tastefully decorated, seashore home is what you need for your family vacation fun! The 1st floor boasts a vaulted master suite, open concept kitchen with granite and stainless appliances, living room/dining room, laundry, sitting room, bath and office. Upstairs are 3 spacious bedrooms and a beautiful bath. Also, there is a bonus room with bed, TV and extra space for the kids. The yard is a gorgeous outdoor oasis complete with in-ground pool, smoker grill, dining area and covered sitting area with sofas and a fire-table.
Relax in the sun, surf and sand then back to splash into the pool. Later stroll to dinner at nearby restaurants. At night enjoy the boardwalk, rides and amusements with the kids, or simply sip cocktails while enjoying watching the sunset from the wrap around front porch. Very quiet location within easy walking distance to boardwalk, beach, restaurants and downtown Point Pleasant Beach.

First thing, easy access setup for property through owner communication. And then you walk into cleanliness. The owners thought of many perks to make the stay special. Pool/backyard is fabulous while close to beach. I recommend a quick read of the house instructions upon arrival. It is helpful. Great experience 5 star!

Beautiful jersey shore home

Donna and Mike created a slice of heaven at the shore. The house is spacious and laid out well having everything you need in terms of amenities. The highlight is the backyard with a great pool and sitting area. Highly reccomended!
