Just moments from Point Lonsdale’s vibrant café strip, Lochaber is a classic Old Lonsdale beach house offering a relaxed and welcoming coastal escape.

Set on a generous block with an expansive wraparound deck, the home is designed for easy indoor–outdoor living. The north-facing entertaining area is sun-filled and perfect for long lunches, featuring a BBQ, outdoor seating, café heater for cooler evenings, and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach.

Inside, the open-plan kitchen and living area provides a comfortable central hub, complete with a well-equipped kitchen including gas cooking, oven, and dishwasher, alongside a relaxed lounge space with TV for laid-back afternoons.

The home offers four well-appointed bedrooms surrounding a second informal living area, all enjoying peaceful garden outlooks. A family bathroom with dual vanities is complemented by a second separate toilet off the laundry, which also includes a washing machine, dryer, and drying rack for longer stays.

Outdoors, the large backyard and sun-drenched deck provide plenty of space to unwind, with loungers and seating to enjoy the coastal air. The property is just a short stroll to Point Lonsdale’s shops, cafés, and supermarket, as well as scenic coastal walks and beaches.
