Amazing stay.

We had a great trip. The family are super friendly and will go out of their way to accommodate any requests. The access to the beach is incredible 2 steps and you are the water. Included is the use of sun beds, towels, umbrella. We loved the fact that you can walk to all the restaurants and bars along the beach. Grocery store on the opposite side of the road. Bus stop out side the building. We can’t say enough good things. Thank you guys for a great stay.

Our stay at Villa Zanić was absolutely wonderful !! We were treated like royalty by the super friendly staff. The place is very clean and the common areas are luminous and filed with beautiful plants. The hotel is directly on the beach with free lounge chairs, kayak, paddleboard, coffee and more. We would love to come back next time we are in Podstrana and would recommend to everyone. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Thank you so much :)

Fabulous holiday

We drove from the UK and on arrival 2.5 days after leaving we were welcomed by Mlan and told we could check in straight away(we were a little early) for which we were very grateful. Both Mlan n Marriana were very friendly and helpful, often checking if we were ok and whether there was anything we needed. Our room had a balcony which opened straight on to the beach which was great. The beach is pebbly suggest you bring something for your feet when walking into the sea. Local supermarkets very close and a way to keep spending lower as you don't need to eat out every night. Bus into Split was busy but dropped us right by the market and the Old Town. We drove to the Skywalk in the Biokovo national park which was worth the journey but there also organised trips. This is a very relaxed and friendly hotel, lovely views from the reception up n down to coast and across to Brac. We will definitely be returning in the hope that we will be able to manage to stand on the paddlebord. Thanks for a great stay.

Such great hosts and a fantastic sea front setting. Great base to visit Split with a bus stop on the doorstep. You will have your own parasol to position on the beach once you have finished exploring Split or make use of the free paddle boards! Definitely recommend!

Location is fantastic, right on the beach, free sun loungers and umbrella as well as use of a paddle board. Beaches here are rocky so we bought some swimming shoes in nearby Omis, which worked a treat. The owners were very welcoming and made us feel at home. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they take care of a lot of lovely details that make the stay enjoyable. Also the breakfast is incredible! Parking is a bit tight and you need good driving skills sometimes to go in and out. Rooms were nice and very clean. View of the sea from the balcony was awesome. There is a supermarket just crossing the road and a little fridge in the room in case you need it. Wifi connection is great! So is an extra point for this place. It is definitely in my list to come back in the future, we had a lovely and relaxing holidays here. Thank you for making this possible (:

Amazing location! Staff is friendly helpful and goes the extra mile. Sun chairs umbrellas and even a paddle were available free from Pansion Zanic! Loves the reception / foyer sitting area - fantastic views of the ocean. Highly recommend staying here!

One of my all time favourites - this is my fourth stay and I am coming back at the end of my trip. Staff are always so helpful and the location is right on the beach. A couple of supermarkets close by and the bus stop right outside on the main road. There are plenty of deck chairs and umbrellas to use on the beach and there are a couple of restaurants within walking distance. Just the perfect location far away from the busy centre of Split. Highly recommend apartment Zanic - I have loved every stay.

We had an amazing stay, the owners of the villa as well as their entire staff were nothing short of incredible. Always willing to help and inform. They keep their place extremely clean and nice. It is worth mentioning that the room is a little on the smaller side. So, pack lightly.

Nice stay in split

There was a problem with our reservation they had over booked the location. They were able to let us know before we got there and had a solution with another property that they owned. The location owners meet us to make sure we ok with the changes which is a great customer service. Parking is good at the location. The breakfast is a basic continental. The beach a short walk great restaurants to choose from on the beach. You can take a bus on to split about a 15 min ride the bust stops across the street. Just a note the bus is very crowded coming back around 4 would suggest coming back after 6

lovely location 12 steps down to the beach. all the staff were very nice,rooms were very clean with balcony overlooking the sea.bus service every 15 minutes into split cost £1.60. there are 4 restaurants within walking distance of the apartment. excellent for a relaxing holiday, will definitely go back.

Oasis in Podstrana

We stayed for 3 nights and fell in love with this place and the area. What an awesome getaway from the hustle/bustle of Split. Our room was literally steps from the beach (rocky beach so bring aqua socks!). The hostess who greeted us (Mariana) was super friendly and helpful. She even did a load of laundry for us, which was appreciated. Beach towels were lent out and guests had access to umbrellas and beach chairs. There was even a kayak you could use. The room itself was small but had everything we needed. It was clean, air con worked great and had the best wifi we've had throughout our whole 10 day trip of Coatia! The best part - the view of the ocean. Totally coming here again and recommend it to everyone!

Don’t miss this Croatian gem on the water!!

Lovely spot with awesome sea views and private beach (if you don’t mind many stairs!) Exceedingly welcoming and helpful hosts!! And big bonus in the terrible heat of this summer was private, shaded parking!! No nearby shopping but many good restaurants in easy walking distance, many ON the beach! Very close to Split, but away from congestion- strongly recommend! We stayed in 3 hotels in Podstrana and this was the best.

The views from the room are exceptional

We enjoyed our stay very much. You will love the views and you walk out strait onto beach. Hosts were very helpful and friendly. If you want to just chill out on beach and get away from hustle and bustle you will love it here. There are restaurants and a couple of shops close by. Thanks very much to our hosts for a wonderful holiday.

Perfect for relaxation

We have just got back from a lovely 10 days in Podstrana and had an amazing time at Villa Zanic. The apartment was lovely, nice big bed and literally down a few steps before we were on the beach. The beach was kept lovely and clean and having free sunbeds and umbrellas was amazing. The staff could not do enough for you and made our stay very comfortable. Would recommend to couples/ families/ anyone that is looking for a perfect getaway were you can enjoy sun, sea and not too far from the beautiful sights in Croatia.
