The house was clean and in a great location. Large fenced back yard was nice for the dog and to just hang out.

Perfect spot for ISU Graduation
The house was perfect for our group and our dogs loved the backyard. I would say the only limitation was the lighting in the kitchen and a very limited supply of kitchen ware if you plan on cooking.

Online listing was inaccurate
This was a nice update place but it said it slept 10 with 4 queen beds and a sofa pullout/futon but there was no sofa pullout or futon. There were 2 seperate couches. There was also no extra bedding to use for the couches so it should only say it sleeps 8. There was no kitchen towels or washclothes and I did ask ahead of time if the kitchen was stocked with a few items and there were some missing. Overall a nice place to stay but wished I would have known ahead of time because then I had to round up air mattress for my family and get some pans that I needed.

Great neighborhood!
Great neighborhood and big backyard! Owner was easy to talk with and helped with all we needed. Clean inside. Older kitchen but not a concern. Super safe and just loved the large trees and close access to everything. Will be back Sunday! My granddaughter loved running and plying in the backyard!
