Met a lovely lady who greated us at the door And welcomed us in to a lovely warm guest house, The room was very clean and tidy had everything you need A very comfortable bed ovely fluffy towels Very quiet had a great night's sleep Was offered a cooked Breakfast at £8 but a continental was included in the price of stay which was great Definitely a place i would go back to

I had a comfortable stay overnight. Room was small but had own en-suite facilities. Room was clean. Hosts were very welcoming, friendly. My only concern was breakfast finished, too early imo, at 9am. I would stay there again.

One night stay visiting family. Was greeted by the lovely owner on my arrival who made me feel most welcome. A wonderful host. Quiet, clean and comfy room . The guest house is located very close to the sea and only a short walk to the town centre. Will definitely return to 👌😊

Host (James) was really nice and welcoming. I had a single room with its own bathroom which was perfect and clean - it had everything - tv, shower sink and toilet - a small built in wardrobe to hang clothes, a desk and chair and a bed with a bedside table. There was a good selection of teas and coffees and was given fresh milk for the room on arrival. Location was a short 10-15 minute walk into the city centre and its even closer to the seafront (hoe). Would definately stay again. Thanks James

Very pleasant one night stay whilst in Plymouth for a theatre trip. The single room I took has all you need - comfy bed, TV, tea & coffee, ensuite shower. Good choice for breakfast - fruit, yoghurt, cereal etc. as well as full English options. Pretty close to Plymouth How and to the city centre, both in easy walking distance. Service was welcoming and helpful, especially when I had trouble locating the nearby car park. Will stay here again when in the area next.

Was a very straightforward, smooth check-in & the single room was spacious, superbly furnished & maintained. Great location within walking distance to everything you might be looking for. James and Marie are very kind and the inclusive breakfast was more than welcome after days on the road. Would recommend this accomodation to anybody visiting Plymouth.

Very nice hosts, bedroom was very nicely decorated and comfortable, milk readily available for the room, breakfast options were great. Hosts offered several option for parking. The only thing we would say was below par was the water pressure in the shower.
