Clear Pond Penthouse, Pet friendly beach front property in Plymouth!

This lovely penthouse sleeps up to four guests very comfortably, with one bedroom and a large private living room with floor to ceiling windows over the pond. The master bedroom has a queen bed with French doors onto the open living room. The large front room has a sofa with trundle bed for extra guests, along with two large lounge chairs, fireplace, library, and 52” flat screen television. We do provide a pack n play and blow up mattress if needed. There is an equipped full kitchen with dining area off of front room. The full bathroom has large bathtub and vanity. The guests have a relaxing patio deck area for plenty of quiet time. There is also outside comfortable furniture to relax and take in the New England wildlife .

This pond front property offers a relaxing atmosphere with beautiful views of your private beach for swimming, kayaking, and canoeing. You're a stone's throw from the Plymouth Rock, Plantation, and Plymouth Beach, along with all the restaurants and shops along the waterfront. Boston, Cape Cod, and Edaville Railroad with Thomas Land are only minutes from your doorstep. There is a walking path around an adjacent cranberry bog, along with fire pits and private patio for your outdoor pleasure.

The Penthouse is on a quiet fenced in wooded pond front property with private parking and entrance. This property offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere for outdoor dining on a deck with beautiful views of your private beach. You will have your own private grill and fire pit with all the utensils needed for a cook out! There are also plenty of hiking and walking trails for your adventurous spirit.

The guests will have keys to their own entrance of the home, which walks out onto a private deck with gardens for private dining. They also have the option of taking out kayaks, canoe, and rowboat on their own private beach to make their stay enjoyable and memorable! The Conservation service put in a bird sanctuary around an old bog adjacent to Pond for your walking enjoyment. Great for dogs or just viewing the beautiful New England landscape. We have outdoor patios with fire pits for your evening camp out.

We are only a five minute ride to a train station to Boston, 10 minutes to an airport for Nantucket, and 9 minutes to a boat for Martha's Vineyard, Whale watching, and fishing charters. The Inn has private parking for guests once you arrive. There are taxi cabs (uber), trains, boats, and buses to get you anywhere!

What a serene place

Clean well equipped home

This was one of the best appointed homes I’ve ever stayed in. You really just need to bring your toothbrush and clothes. The location was beautiful in a quiet neighborhood and on a small pond with beautiful sunsets. The host was wonderful made sure anything you might need was there. I brought my granddaughters they loved it!! Would definitely stay there again we loved it!!

Oh what fun!

Had a wonderful time. The property was beautiful. Family, friends and our dog enjoyed the pond, paddle boat, fishing, the barbecue, the fire pit and making s’mores. Our host, Debbie, was very helpful and always available if we needed her.

Perfect place in Plymouth

Nice property with private back yard. Nice private seating area near a pond. About 5-10 minute drive from Plymouth. Close enough but not too close. Really quiet. We never heard anyone else there.

Great Place, Wonderful Host

Charming Stay at a Perfect Location

My sister and I stayed at the Clear Pond Penthouse Inn property in Plymouth, MA for a weekend stay. We had a Friday night wedding in Kingston and wanted to tool around Plymouth on Saturday to see the sights. Perfect location for both! Our wedding and downtown Plymouth were 15 minutes away. The penthouse suite is lovely and tastefully decorated. If you didn't have anywhere to go - you wouldn't mind just hanging out at the suite! It was clean and comfortable and had everything needed as far as amenties go. The main room overlooks the back yard and the pond beyond. We took advantage of walking around the pond to the right of the gate and it was so pretty being surrounded by nature. The host Debra is great! She answered any questions that we had and the check in/check out process was so easy. I would highly recommend a stay here . We would love to visit again! Thank you and best regards,

Wonderful property

We had a fantastic fall weekend, the property is exactly as described and is well stocked. Debbie was there when we arrived but her instructions were clear for guest arrival. Everything was clean and neat. The grounds were lovely and there’s plenty of space, the pond looked beautiful and the walking trail was great for anyone. A very quick easy ride into Plymouth and any stores or restaurants you might like. We look forward to booking again.

Perfect stay

I rented this property for a family weekend with my parents and brother. We grew up a few towns over so it was nice to be near everything. You're just off the highway, so close to great restaurants in Plymouth, yet feel far away and secluded being right on the serene pond. Everything was as pictured and it was great to have a big living room for us to hang out in. The only thing to note which I may have missed on the listing is that the bathroom is in between the kitchen and master bedroom. So if someone is in the restroom, you can't pass between the bedroom and kitchen (and rest of the home). This was a little tricky while everyone is getting ready, but we made it work. Something to be aware of, depending on who you are traveling with! All in all our stay was great and I would recommend it to others.

Get trip insurance

The property itself is not an issue. It was pretty decent. However, the pond has ongoing issues with blue- green algae so we were not able to go in. The pond tested positive the day after we arrived and we had already gone in so members of my group experienced symptoms including my dog. It’s not really the property managers fault as it had been cleared by the town a few weeks earlier. But if I had known it was a possible issue I would have bought trip insurance and would not have gone in the water. Check the town website for most up to date info on water quality.

Dog’ Vacation

We rented the ‘Penthouse’ at Clear Pond for the week of 8/14/21 to 8/21/21. The house was very nicely decorated. The kitchen had all of the tools needed to cook meals. Debra was very nice and was there on and off to make sure we (and the other rental units) were comfortable and enjoying our stay. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice location in the vicinity of Plymouth. Allows pets, so our doggie was very pleased as were we!

Charming pond retreat

Lovely home. Walking trail adjacent to the property ideal if you have a dog or enjoy hiking. Property is located to downtown Plymouth amenities. Deborah was awesome to work with. I would recommend this property.

Gorgeous property

I travel a lot, this is 1 of the most beautiful properties I have stayed at. You will want for nothing and it's prime location to all the sights of Plymouth/Cape Cod. The owner checks to see if there is anything you need and adds all the touches, (coffee, paper products, shampoo) . Super clean and the view is incredible !! I will go back for sure !!

Quiet winter getaway

Lots of room for our family of 4 to spread out. Some construction being done on adjacent unit but owner was good about communicating. Nice walks around the pond and a small sledding hill 2 minutes from the house. Close to lots of amenities and well stocked kitchen.

Heaven on earth

This property is So beautiful! The trees and the pond create an ambiance of serenity and rejuvenation. Daily kayaking in the pond was one of the highlights of our stay. The surroundings are quiet and tranquil. The house has everything we needed and provided privacy as the rooms are separated by the kitchen and the bathroom. We had a fantastic vacation and never left the property. Highly recommend! Our host was responsive and kind.

Incredible location, the view from the house to the pond is amazing and having boats provided by the owner makes a huge difference.. upon this crystal clear and great for swimming... And the whole backyard from the house to the pond is gorgeous..

Great location with view. Private and quiet but bed needs an upgrade

The location is convenient to downtown and the property is large with a nice view of the pond and a great walking path. The owner is friendly and helpful. Check in/out was easy and we had a lovely, off season stay (in February). However, the bed wasn't super comfortable. I'm a picky sleeper with a sensitive back and the bed wasn't comfortable for me. It's not terrible but it was a factor in our stay. Also, I was under the impression from the pictures and description that we had a 2 bedroom space when it was actually a one bedroom. Again, not a big deal since it was only two of us, but important to note if you need more privacy for extra guests. We were in the Penthouse which does have a day bed in the living room, and can sleep 4, but not in a private bedroom. Overall, it is a lovely, clean, peaceful property with all of the necessities. We would stay again provided we bring our own extra pillows and bedding for more comfort.
