The entire hotel smells like marijuana ( mind you this is Wisconsin, very illegal) I complained about it because I was literally getting sick. The drains in our bathroom smelled awful. The water had a weird taste, and made myself and my dog very ill. The place is so dirty. I was excited to use the pool and hot tub but no way would I go in them. They are dirty! The parking lot was getting painted, and patched up. So I was told to park on other side. When we left today they were working around my vehicle, blocked me in and I had to drive over the patch work and it got all over my new vehicle. I’ve never been to such an awful hotel. I want a refund.

The property is in need of a facelift. Bathroom is showing its age, rust spots in the tub. Hall carpets have stains. Back door to the building doesn’t lock. Grass was overgrown and full of weeds…they were painting the exterior when we left Sunday morning.

The bed was comfortable, the housekeeping staff walked in without knocking (got a surprise), garbage in the yard, bathroom had hair in the tub and sink, hot tub was nice, lots of remodeling noise, nice workout facility and the bar staff was the best! Thanks Charlie for making our weekend memorable!

Run down hotel. The tub had stains on it and we had to get an extra cleaning. The pool and gym are shared spaces so not as secure as we would have liked. Hotel is noisy. We will not stay here again.

The beds are comfortable although a bit high for short elderly people fairly decent breakfast with some hot options. there's a bit of dull highway traffic noise always. I may choose to stay another time but the price is higher than I care for

The first room had brown stains 💩? On the side of the mattress, water stains are n the wall, so we changed rooms. The second room had red stains on the side of the bed. The couches in the hallways were all stained as well. Outdated!
