Sparkling clean, many special touches that made it a lovely stay. Beautiful room and decor — super nice bathroom. The dinner and breakfast were very good… home cooked! And the hosts were very friendly and helpful. A great value and I would definitely recommend it!

If visiting Plitivice Lakes - this property is just 5 min away from the main entrance. The hotel room is extremely comfortable and spacious and the hotel itself very neat!

The staff was wonderful. The lady checking us in was super attentive and helpful. We followed her advice on how to visit the lakes and we don't regret it. Great advice! The dinner served at Rustic lodge is delicious and good value for money. Definitely recommend having dinner there. Breakfast is good and as you would expect in Croatia although the plus is a made to arrival warm omelet which was very good and very well made. Thank you very much for everything!

Small family-run lodging. Very good multi-course dinner available, with inside and outside seating options. The only minor inconvenience was that we weren't aware that they don't accept credit cards, necessitating an ATM run for cash.

Rustic architecture blends in really well with the surroundings. Run by a very friendly family who does all the cleaning and cooking. Breakfast was great. We asked for late checkout and it was given without a problem.

Rustic feel but modern conveniences

This is a super-cute apparently family-run little lodge just outside Plitvice National Park. The whole place has that rustic woodsy lodge feel, but it's completely modern. You'll feel like you're staying in a forest cabin. Parking is fine. There's a little restaurant with home-made food; we ate both dinner and breakfast there and both were great. Super happy with this one.

This is one of my favorite places I've stayed in recent travels. It was so cozy and comfortable as well as being convenient to entrances to the park. The family/staff are what make it so special. They are friendly and welcoming, and we really enjoyed having dinner and breakfast there. Would definitely return if we're in the area again.
