Modern penthouse with a private rooftop and plunge pool, a short walk from 5th Ave and the beach. Two bedrooms with king beds and en-suite bathrooms. Includes fast Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, and full AC. Guests have access to the building’s rooftop pool, gym, free garage parking, and 24-hour security. Good for remote workers or groups, with more units available in the building if needed.

Our dedicated staff is available every day from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM to assist you with anything you need during your stay. Additionally, our team is online through Airbnb from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM to help with any inquiries or support you might require outside of these hours.

Central to everything you will need while visiting Playa del Carmen, and all within walking distance. Only 5 blocks from the beautiful sandy beaches, 3 blocks to the famous 5th ave, shopping, restaurants, nightlife and grocery stores.

The key will be available at the front desk to allow for easy, hassle-free check-in. Free parking in an underground garage. Guests have access to all amenities in the complex. For safety reasons, after 10pm, only guests with wristbands are allowed to enter the condo building. Rooftop closes at 9pm.

This penthouse is one block from groceries and restaurants and a quick walk to 5th Avenue and the beach. It’s close enough to the action to be easy, but far enough away that it stays quiet at night.

The condo has two bedrooms, both with king beds, AC, and en-suite bathrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking. In the living room, the L-shaped sofa can be pushed together to sleep two extra people, though please note it is not a pull-out sofa bed.

The best feature is the private rooftop terrace. It’s a dedicated outdoor space with its own mini pool for cooling off.
