Beautiful property!

We have stayed at several VRBO properties in different areas of Mexico and this was our favourite. The condo is well stocked with everything you need to eat in - we do a lot of our own cooking. Plenty of cooking equipment, bowls, storage containers etc. to make things easy. The two queen beds in the second bedroom were comfy and the room was large enough that the four 20 "kids" had plenty of room. Their bathroom is not huge but lots of storage. There is a tankless water heater so all 6 of us could easily have showers with plenty of hot water. The primary bedroom has a huge king sized bed in a giant room. Lots of closet storage and a big functional bathroom. The deck is huge and is wonderful if you need to take refuge from a rainstorm! The living area was plenty large for all of us and the tv is big and great to have for late night movies. The pool, hammock area and beach are clean and very well cared for. We play a lot of volleyball and there is a net on the Mareazul beach. The beach is very big and the water was clean with no seaweed at all. It is easy to walk down to Playa del Carmen on the beach or straight down 5th avenue. It takes about 40 minutes to briskly walk to the end of 5th, but you'll find great breakfast places and restaurants after only about a 15 minute walk.Soriana is the closest supermarket at about a 25 minute walk and it had everything we needed - including alcohol. We absolutely loved our vacation here!!!

A perfect holiday

The property was perfect for my husband and our 4 children (ages 5-19). The pool was spectacular, the biggest pool we have ever swam in. The beach was good and so great not to have to drive to get to a beach. We did have a couple windy days so the pool was our first choice. The location was perfect. Central for adventures in either direction up/down the coast. Close to some amazing Cenotes as well as the beautiful village of Puerto Morelos. Playa Del Carmen is not our scene, but would stay here again for the proximity to other towns. Getting around was easy in our rental car. The gated community added extra security and we felt extremely safe. The condo and host were wonderful. We had lots of space. The condo was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had what we needed. It was great that the beach towels were good quality and provided. The washer and dryer made packing lighter an option.the host was very helpful with any questions. Five star rating, we would stay again!
