This is a two story condo. It offers a in the second level a master bedroom with a King size bed, a walk-in closet and its a private bathroom (jacuzzi not working) The second bedroom has a king size bed. Both of these rooms have big glass window-doors facing to the upstairs balcony with the most beautiful view of the jungle. The third bedroom has one queen size bed.


Downstairs there is a full equipped kitchen with a counter sitting, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker.This area of the house has a sliding door that can be opened to the hudge balcony where you can find a BBQ grill, sun chairs and an outdoor pool, where you can get relaxed having a refreshing Margarita while being delighted with the ocean breeze.

Bosque de Los Aluxes has covered parking, elevator accessibility, and security gated entry, evening hour’s security and intercom entry system.

Enjoyable and pleasant, would return in the future if the host would have me.

Excellent, the only issue was with the Wifi, we had a hard time getting connection when we’re on the 2nd level, but aside from that the property is an A+.

Great Accomodation in PDC at la Quinta

Thank you Mario for helping us ease the check in process, the 2 story appartement is just great and comfortable, very close to the beach and at the walking street la Quinta. We stayed there for 5 days and could enjoy the surrounding by renting a car also (Tulum, Valladolid, Cancun) We loved the place for its rooms, quietness, cleanliness and very convenient location

Great place to stay with your friends!

Mercedes' place was exactly as described. It genuinely has everything that you might need for your stay as a group, there were plenty of beds, the hot water was always running, the AC worked great, they brought fresh water when necessary. Location is awesome, short walk to the beach and plenty of excellent eateries. They provided thorough cleaning every 3 days at no extra charge. Felt safe, easy to communicate with the host. Would recommend to anyone!
