This was a very nice 2 bed/bath apartment. Easy for our family of 3, including a 17y. The room was spacious and comfortable. The balcony was also spacious and comfortable with a nice view. The water cooler was a nice addition as well. The apartment complex was easy to navigate and quiet. The property is very close to all the hustle and bustle of the city as well. The management company that handled the rental communicated very effectively and helped make things smooth. The local staff was helpful and friendly. Overall, a great place to stay with your family!

Awesome location and place!

The location was amazing and we would totally stay here again. I would love to go ahead and plan our next stay! My only complaint is that the master bed was a little hard and the blankets weren’t very warm. This may have been due to the AC working a little too well and blowing directly on us while we were sleeping. But an extra blanket or two would fix it.

This condo was great overall. The location, the view, and it had all we needed. The only minor complaint is that the water had a strong smell the first night that filled the condo. It was not an issue after the first day.

Perfect, near 5th avenue and beachfront

This place was perfect for my family because it was beachfront with pool and walking distance to 5th avenue as well as other stores. We loved that Walmart was so close to us and the apartment had washer and dryer! That was a must for us because of our kids. The staff was very helpful and friendly! The apartment was air conditioned and spacious, it fit our needs!

El Faro Reef 303 Playa del Carmen

Location was great and close to everything we wanted within walking distance (ferry, restaurant, shopping, groceries). Unit was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed for basic cooking. Could use some new pillows as the current ones are a bit past their prime. Pool was wonderful. Lots of space and looked out onto the ocean. Beach in this part of playa looks like it has been eroded quite a bit, so not much usable beach right in front of El Faro, but just a little ways down the beach it gets much wider and the entry to the ocean has fewer rocks so that was ok. Was a wonderful stay and would stay here again.

Great Location

We had a wonderful stay at Reef 303. The condo was well equipped and very clean. Vivian came pretty much every other day to clean and bring fresh towels. The location couldn’t be better, right on the beach and close to many great restaurants. Our only complaint was that the patio door wouldn’t lock but being on the 3rd floor we weren’t too concerned about safety.

Great location

Our stay at this property was great. We had Karina come twice to tidy up and it was greatly appreciated. Location is perfect, steps to the beach, next to great restaurant with good food and drinks, close to all the shopping. Security personal told us to carry anything of value with us to be aaf

Family Trip

The condo community is very clean. The individual condo is excellent. It can sleep 5 comfortably. Good amenities. Has elevator. The AC works well in every room. The staff are attentive and helpful. Condo has everything for a long stay. Unfortunately the safe didn’t have instructions on how to set the lock. We kept our cash and passports under some shirts next to the washer/dryer. The at some point during the stay, we discovered $200 missing. Not all the cash was taken nor the passports. Enough was missing for us to tell. We reported the incident to the management and concierge. They were attentive but we knew we would not recover our money. This experience didn’t discourage us. We finished al the items in our agenda and had fun. Caution, use the safe provided.
