Amazing property with management issues
We stayed here on vacation.
Its the best best property I have ever stayed, with the facilities, maintenance, the apartment, designing, its jacuzzi, swimming pools, greenery, facilities, the staff of the condominium, I will give 10 stars (5 additional stars).
I would recommend you to spend your vacation here for sure.
Only one thing makes it the place with an . All credit to say no is the company managing this property, poot response ever dealt by me or my family.
It all started with the company sending me the property manager contact details who works only on week days and 9 to 5 and we were arriving Sat late evening. I used to hardly get any response, never picked up my phone calls any time of the day, immediate response was i am out of office please contact the 24 hour emergency contact. Whenever I called that number, no one used to pickup the phone. God forbid if had an emergency or any access issues, I would have spent my vacation waiting for someone to respond.
I wish rental websites comeup with an option on the search, where I could put a filter to avoid properties managed by this company. This company may be handling several properties, but have the poorest customer service. We had an issue with the Jacuzzi and floor not be clean during checkin. A person from the comp comes the next day, takes photographs of the dead insects floating and no one came.
Definitely book here, but only if you will never need contacting for any support.
