Casa Grande - Oceanview villa w/private pool and terrace



This four bedroom Oceanfront Villa is located in Playacar Phase 1 a beautiful gated community, just a short walk away from famed 5th Avenue.

Casa Grande is fairly new and offers all the benefits of home. On site services include a complete kitchen, laundry facilities, free wifi, free vonage to call home, cable tv from both Mexico and canada or the US. Air conditioning in all the bedrooms plus the common areas allows you to control the temperature while you are sleeping or sitting around.
Each of the four bedrooms has a full ensuite bath plus there is a 2 piece bath on the main level and another on the 2nd floor patio level. There is a lovely pool at the rear of the home to provide privacy while enjoying a cooling swim.
The master bedroom has a large king size bed, two bedrooms each have queen size beds and the fourth bedroom has two trundle beds making room for four more people. The house can easily and comfortably sleep ten people.
There is a brand new Hot Tub on the new expanded patio overlooking the ocean. Its an absolutely fabulous spot to unwind and watch the beach!

Not short of purfect

Playa Grande had it all. Location, safety, pool, hot tub, view of beach, beach a block away, very short walk to excursion pick up, reasonable walk to town. It goes on and on. I would go back every year but my family will not go to the same place more than once. We had a couple of small problems that where solved very quickly. We did find the showers to be poor. Hard to get hot water. Sinks where fine but showers where hard to get hot water to. Thinking about Playa Grande? Book it!

Great family house

This house was a perfect fit for 2 families. There are basically two masters, one with beach view and one with pool view. Lots of outdoor seating, and the not super hot roof top hot tub was perfect. Two minute walk to beach access and house comes w some beach chairs, etc. Easy walk into town. Highly recommended

Great house with ocean views & close to town

The house was perfectly situated, with great ocean views and walking distance (10-15min) to the main street & center of Playa del Carmen. Communication with the property manager was okay, sometimes a fast response, sometimes no response. But when we had a hot water problem, this was resolved quickly.
