I cannot believe I have to write this, but here we are. In the middle of the night, our bathroom vent started leaking brown sewage water. I woke up and walked into the bathroom only to have it drip on my head—absolutely disgusting. The toilet, walls, and floor were covered in this foul liquid. When we reported it, the staff downplayed the situation, moved us to another room without any upgrade, and initially offered us only a free breakfast as compensation. My wife pushed back, and they added free parking, as if that somehow makes up for being woken up by sewage dripping from the ceiling. We had to pack our bags and move rooms overnight, completely disrupting our stay. To make matters worse, the "compensation" breakfast at Lily May’s was terrible. The food was bad, and the service was even worse. It seems like every guest gets a $10 voucher with their stay, and the staff treats you like a burden the moment you walk in with one. No "hello," no "good morning," just attitude. This hotel is a joke. Between the literal sewage leak, the poor service, and the laughable compensation, I wouldn’t stay here again if they paid me. I will be seeking legal advice because no guest should ever have to deal with this.

I did not like getting woken up 3 times last night. The rooms (my room) did not have proper sound insulation. Someone’s dog woke me up. I heard the owner yell at the dog. Then the voices of people next door. Then at some crazy hour someone’s voice came through clear as a bell from what sounded like my bathroom. When I got to the property they charged me something extra called a resort fee. The desk clerk never smiled once. Hotel is not worth the money.
