Located at Palm Island Resort on Florida’s Southwest Gulf Coast. No bridges or causeways to the island exist, which ensures a relaxed, tropical vacation setting. **5 Night Minimum**
The island resort encompasses a two-mile portion of private, pristine beaches on the northern end of Palm Island.
Guests travel to the island via car ferry and park their car in our island parking area. Transportation is provided by our bell staff and golf carts are also available for rent for registered guests.
Enjoy access to one of the 5 heated pools, plus hot tub and gas BBQ grills.
Tennis courts available for play and always complimentary.
Our recreation center, Coconuts, offers a variety of rentals to include golf carts, bicycles, kayaks and beach umbrellas.
A full service concierge can also arrange for everything from massages to fishing charters.

Condition of Property

The villa is spacious with plenty of items to use such as dishes, cookware, etc. The master suite is very nice. The only things I noticed is the screens on the porch are full of mold and holes in the screens were covered with duct tape. Also the living room furniture appears to be discolored and dirty with obvious stains on the chairs. The owner should have the furniture cleaned well or invest in some new pieces.

Palm Island 1522

This rental was very beautiful and the location was absolutely gorgeous with direct views of the ocean and gorgeous sunsets. Our stay was almost perfect except for a few disappointments. The appliances are very dated and not the cleanest. The refrigerator did not keep the food cold enough, the dishwasher did not dispense the detergent while washing, and all the cooking utensils were very overused and dirty. With only one restaurant on the island most meals have to be prepared on premises and better equipment would be helpful. Overall our stay was an 8 of 10.
