Good place to sleep

Spent a week here. 3 nights couldn't get TV to work. First night, engineer replaced box then worked. Next day, no signal when turned on TV. Phoned receptionist, she had no solution. Again, the next day, no signal. No solution figured out. Third day, no signal. 2 staff came up and figured out that it might have been wasn't using remote correctly. Hotel should write out instructions to get this TV showing stations. It was a headache after trying several things 3 nights in a row. Receptionist told me she would let the Manager know to call me. He kept not being around when I asked for him. He never did call me and I still have not seen him. To the Manager- maybe you need a new profession. No discount was given to me for my inconvenience. The room was very dusty- the air units filter was not put all the way back in, I came to see after3 days. It may have been the reason for dust flying in room. Bed was comfortable, and room was quiet. Slept great!

Tired hotel in need of an overhaul.

Pros: Close to the fruit stand.
Cons: Everything.
Location: Good location near a great fruit stand. Close to the town of Auburn.
A woman was checking out when I checked in because of the dirty room, I should have done the same. The only nice thing about the hotel was one maintenance man who was helpful.

Worst Quality Inn I have ever stayed in.

Room looked straight at the pool, had to call for towels, very cramped room

Outstanding Friendliness and Cleanliness

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet, right on hwy 80 easy access
The staff at all times were helpful and courteous. The cleanliness was outstanding - even the garagage floor was so clean you could "proverbially" eat from it. A full hot breakfast was included. I would stay there again and recommend it without hesitation.
