Over all a satisfy stay. Property is close to restaurants & shops. Check in was nice and easy. Check out customer service was not as friendly. I was going to share that the toilet need attention but she just sent me off. lol Bed & pillow a bit too soft. Carpet might need some deep cleaning/update. Don't mind staying again.

The parking lot is poorly lit, making it feel unsafe at night. The room had a safe, fridge, and microwave, which were appreciated. The room was not adequately clean, and there were holes in one of the sheets. The room showed a lot of damage. The free breakfast was nice.

This property was terrible. The whole place smelled like smoke. The room had dirty carpet that I couldn’t walk on. It had windows with broken screens on them. It had homeless people living behind the hotel. It was a mess. They said they had a breakfast, but they no longer do that and they said they had a pool, but the pool was blocked off- unusable The refrigerator and the microwave were disgustingly dirty. I don’t know how this place stays open. It was disgusting.

First room had bedbugs. Literally. We were quickly moved to a different building/room of the property, that was "cleaned" yet has a McDonald's bag by the desk with food leftover. The staff was helpful and attentive. The breakfast is in a former hotel room on the second floor, kind of weird. This is my second stay here, and 2 years ago it felt different/better, not sure what changed.
