Welcome to Al Bruacu, a spacious house surrounded by greenery in Piverone, set on the scenic Serra Morenica just minutes from Lake Viverone. It’s the perfect spot for families, couples, and small groups seeking relaxation in nature without sacrificing comfort.



The 160 sqm house on two floors accommodates up to 6 guests. It features a large living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, dishwasher, and microwave—everything you need to feel at home.



Enjoy free Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the living room and kitchen, Smart TV with satellite channels, washing machine, and a small fitness area. Games and books are available for children.

perfekt ausgestattetes Haus in ruhiger Lage,ideal für erholsame Ferien

Pros: Das Haus verfügt über alles, was man während dem Urlaub benötigt. Die sonnige Terrasse kann mit automatischen Storen beschattet werden und bietet einen wunderbaren Blick auf den See und auf die schöne Landschaft. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Wir waren überaus zufrieden. Der WLAN-Empfang ist in allen Räumen gut. Die Internetleistung reicht sehr gut für alltägliches surfen. Für stark datenintensive Internetdienste und Anwendungen (z.b. Home-office mit internationalen Videocalls, Dokumentbearbeitungen via Clouddienste oder TV Streaming von Sport-übertragungen) kann die Leistung etwas knapp sein. Wir genossen sehr die saisonalen Früchte, welche uns direkt vom Feld angeboten wurden. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Cons: -
