There is no communication between Expedia and this hotel. I have to stay multiple nights per week in a hotel in Macomb, IL and will never again try to book here. The staff was unpleasant over the phone and because a third party was used to initially book (how would I know not to do this (?) ) the hotel says my cancellation is not valid and charged me $290 with no explanation or refund.
