Wish it was cleaner

The room was big and looked good. We only had issues because it didn't seem like the bathroom was cleaned very well. There was lots of hair and black stuff on the shower floor and the drain didn't drain very well. We also were not given any hand soap and one of the sinks didn't drain very well. The bed was made and looked nice but there was a stain on the sheets when we opened them to get in bed. Overall the stay was good but we wish the bathroom was cleaner.

The room was very clean. The only things that I didn’t like about it were: 1. there was no microwave. For the price of the king size suite there should have been one. I’ve stayed in much cheaper rooms elsewhere and there’s been a microwave. 2. We didn’t have any plastic cups in the bathroom. 3. For our coffee, we only had one cup and one package of regular coffee and one package of decaf. We had to go to the front desk just to get more than the one cup for the two person stay, along with extra coffee. Also, the used coffee pod from the last guest was still in the coffee pot. Everything else in the room was great. It was very clean.
