Bed very uncomfortable, like sleeping on a slab, room decor was a bit tired, bathroom was very small, water pressure in the shower was poor and the sink was about the size of a soup bowl. The staff were very nice and breakfast was pretty good. Wouldn't visit again.

We stayed in the lodge opposite the bar. There was building work going on downstairs but didn’t interfere with our stay. Really nice room on top floor. Only negative is the tv was very small. Food at the pub was lovely.

The room I was assigned to was in a property across the street from the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, but was on the third floor with no elevator. Luckily, the gentleman that checked me in helped me get my luggage up the stairs, unfortunately, I was on my own when checking out. As a single, 64 year old woman, this was a struggle. Breakfast was included and was excellent, as was the staff serving in the dining room. McKays is conveniently located near the train station and bus stops, mega shopping and dining options as well as the Pitlochry Festival Theater.
