DO NOT STAY HERE. Pick literally anywhere else. Started off fine, the front desk guy was friendly. The lobby and the whole first floor just smelled like the pool which is fine but dang that’s strong. The room was deff run down, the tv sucked, the bathroom had rust, and the worst of ALL….. as we are falling asleep WATER COMES RUSHING DOWN FROM THE CEILING. The kids on the second floor right above us were running around and we heard everything… decided to go in the jacuzzi. They were turning the jets on and off 8282 times. Which fine…. But annoying…. But then literally raining in side the room where the jacuzzi is at 10:30pm. Water was going everywhere!! We called the front desk and they offered to switch rooms. We said no thanks and just ended up leaving. Seriously?? Lmao. Guy at the front desk said to call back about our refund. I booked with Expedia and called the next day and they gave us a full refund. This place needs to be shutdown and evaluated for real.

Pros: good location for outlet shopping and restaurants. You can even walk to some. The room was clean and bed was nice. Fair price. Pool was heated and a nice space. Cons: highly understaffed. We waited almost 3 hrs. past check in to get into our room. Hot tub worked occasionally but not consistently (we were there only 2 days). Seemed to have limited resources. Pool area was often out of towels. The breakfast was very limited (but free). Ran out of simple things like milk. The staff that was there was lovely but no way they could keep up. I reached out via email to the manager but no response. Overall, it has tons of potential but seems poorly managed.

The staff I interacted with were super nice, but other than that, I would not recommend this hotel. A few sketchy people were outside in the dog park area late at night, and the whole place is old and smells musty.

Russell was very nice! Talked very clear about whats included in the stay. Helped me get all set up and the room was very clean the jacuzzi was amazing too for the price! I really enjoy staying here. Every chance I get when ever I come back to Rehoboth this is the place to stay!

The staff was great, everyone did their job and answered any and all questions I had. I loved the pool and the hot tub. It was very clean and inviting in the hotel lobby, the Christmas decorations and warm fire were oh so cozy. Beautifully dog friendly as well.

Walked into my room. We had no toilet paper and no towels and no trash bags in the trash cans. Friendly staff but whoever got are room ready should be address. I didn’t flip out on anyone just nicely let them know about my room and moved on. Bed was comfortable

The room itself was excellent however the pool was cloudy and the hot tub in the pool area needs improvement....the bug in the breakfast case however was a comete turn off...it may have been a roach
