Villa 2.5 km from the ocean, Unit 2

Unit 2 is a three-room apartment plus a bathroom. It features three comfortable bedrooms—one with a double bed, another with two single beds—and a kitchen-living room with a comfortable single-person sofa bed. It is equipped with air conditioning and a modern kitchen; the apartment is brand new. It has a private garden area out front with a table and barbecue for outdoor dining, as well as an outdoor hot shower. The house is located 2.5 km from the sea and a sandy beach, which is particularly suitable for children (which is why the pediatricians’ association has awarded it the Green Flag). Matera is 45 km away, the Metaponto archaeological site is 10 km away, the village of Pisticci is 20 km away, and Craco, the ghost town, is 30 km away.

Sicuramente torneremo.

Purtroppo!

Come mi aspettavo....

vacanza in pieno relax
