Private: natural garden 200 m2 (fenced). Hot tub, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: air conditioning, washing machine, heating available only from 15.Nov. - 15.Apr.. Parking on the premises. Grocery, supermarket 400 m, restaurant 300 m, bakery 400 m, 10 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 100 m, sandy beach "200". Nearby attractions: Pisa 15 km, Firenze 90 km, Lucca 40 km.
