Right in the heart of the city

This small hotel was right by the gate of the city and we could literally walk out of the door and 20 paces later we were in the old part of the city just 200m from the bell tower, and it’s beautiful. It couldn’t be better situated. However, I found the bed very uncomfortable. It was very hard and I had very little sleep. Such a shame because otherwise this quiet little hotel is perfect

You can't beat the location of this hotel! It was a great short stay for our family of four. We booked the quad room and it was perfect for two adults and two kids. The air conditioning was great too! Bathroom was on the small side but find for a one night stay. Note: the larger rooms are a few blocks from the hotel but it did not bother us. It's a short 5 minute walk to the leaning tower, cathedral and baptistery.

Lovely but lacking sound proofing!

Lovely accommodation in good location for the tower. Friendly staff and useful facilities like coffee machine and garden. One negative was how noisy it was, particularly the room above us. Perhaps we were unlucky with loud Americans arriving late at night but it made for a poor nights sleep.

Perfect location in Pisa and friendly staff

I was accompanying my teenage daughter and two of her friends - this hotel is the perfect location in Pisa, just outside the Tower’s walls. Staff is really friendly and always happy to help. I would return any time.

The hotel was right next to the Pisa tower. Less than a minute walk. The person at the reception (sorry forgot his name) was very friendly and welcoming. He helped with the bags up the stairs and also helped with keeping the luggage in the store room after we checked out. will recommend this hotel to our friends

Great location, very close to town and restaurants, and VERY close to the tower and church. Staff was very helpful, called to make sure we were coming as our train was running late. Also great location, within walking distance from the train station.

Such a good location! Very reasonable. One minute from Miracle square. Lovely garden. Room spacious with shower. Staff really helpful and friendly. Clear instructions for entering hotel given our plane arrived after midnight. Short walk to station for train to Florence. Lovely cafe nearby for breakfast. Plan to return!
