Concierge service is great. A male attendant at the checkout on February 25th is terrible, completely ignorant of guest needs. I had to resolve the issue with a female attendant. Lagoon corals are growing ( ), but lagoon is reduced to a half size to accommodate 2 turtles and smaller size is detrimental to the fish. There is a significantly less fish in lagoon in comparison to my 5 years ago visit. There's a construction between the lagoon and main restaurant. The construction dust is visible in the lagoon. Obviously, noise levels interfere with a conversation at the tables.

The staff and service at the property were incredible. Everyone was so friendly, helpful and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Unfortunately we were notified a week out that they would be ripping up one of their swimming pools to refurbish it. This pool was part of our "view" and also part of the experience we'd hope to have at the resort. In addition, the construction noise was horrible. They brought in a back hoe to chop up the concrete which was happening right in front of the only restaurant that was open! We were extremely unhappy as the construction notification came too late for us to change our plans, yet they had no trouble charging full price for an expensive room. One more comment, the hotel is not close to anything so a rental car is recommended.

Great place. Unfortunately a big portion of the property is under construction. So the awesome views are blocked and there is heavy machinery noise during the day.

We booked a room last minute, when our flight landed too late to catch the ferry to Moorea. The hotel was beautiful, i wish we'd have had more than one night. The concierge was extremely helpful getting us a taxi and information for the ferry.

Well, the property is going through a renovation. They do nothing to go above and beyond for the inconveniences you experienced during your stay right now. Have very limited places you can eat at a reasonable price to just grab something quick. Several times I asked for help and never got any follow up and while when walking past the staff, they would be friendly and say hello when you actually needed something nobody was there to help La Lotus restaurant which is supposed to be this Michelin chef restaurant is not worth the money at all and the food was very average Once they get their remodel of their pool done, I’m sure the beauty of the place will be much better, but they certainly need to do much better with the staff and employees and making people feel welcomed and help

Lovely place & warm hospitality

Wonderful check in and hospitality! We arrived early in the morning after departing our cruise, and were given keys to a changing room and pool towels. Our room was ready at noon. Lovely bungalow over the water. Pros: Beautiful, peaceful location. Cons: Expansive property, very spread out, lots of walking, and bery busy at check out (hundreds of people leaving for cruises makes the lobby area very congested). Note: Lagoon pool is closed for renovation Feb-Sept, so there is construction noise and fences around that area. (The 2nd smaller pool is still open).

We stayed in an over-water bungalow. It was excellent. The property is beautiful and incredibly convenient to the airport, the cruise port, and downtown. The food options are somewhat limited for a resort of this scale. But the food was excellent as was the service. Small nit - the landscape guys out making noise at 7 am. Otherwise a great stay.

This property is a stunner! If you can stay in a bungalow, even for a night, do it! A few things to note: The service at the main restaurant takes a very long time, whether they are busy or not. So don't expect to show up to eat when you're under a time crunch to get back to the airport (like we did). Our food was burned but luckily the manager did take it off our bill, so we appreciated the customer service on that. Of the 4 meals we had there, each time something from our order was wrong, either between our food or the kids. So that was frustrating. Regarding the bungalow, there were bugs in it, which wasn't a surprise considering the location. However, I woke up covered in bug bites and informed the front desk. They basically shrugged it off and said that they'll "make a note on my account for a future stay". That was laughable as I do not find myself in Tahiti on the regular. There was really no other help offered than that. Other than these two things, it was a great stay. The Sea Turtle habitat was incredible. Breathtaking location!
