This has been the best rental we have found and we have been going up to Pinetop for several years now in the summer, We all enjoyed our time there and we wish we had stayed longer.

We had a wonderful stay!!! The homes were fantastic- very clean and comfortable! Loved the workstation. The yard is amazing with fun games including our favorite cornhole!So much room with the 3 cabins. Great front porch and we loved sitting in the comfy adirondack chairs in the yard. The neighborhood is great and within walking distance of the park and so many fun places. We can’t wait to come back!!!

Great Stay at 3 Bear Lodge

Really enjoyed ourselves.. close to lake and food. There is 3 "separate" self contained living structures on the property so everyone had there own quarters. Totally fenced for our dog wasgreat We'll be back

Wonderful property!!

There were 7 of us staying here and the 3 cabins gave everyone privacy when needed. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need for cooking. We were walking distance to great restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful !

Very large yard for our dogs and family! WiFi was great for those in our party who needed access. Everything we needed was there- and more! Access to stores and restaurants was convenient. Woodland park so very close and lovely!

AMAZING CABIN

Our week long vacation was amazing, this location was perfect and SO QUIET. The surroundings were beautiful and reservoir close by offers alot of things to do with the kids or just as adults enjoying the scenery. HIGHLY recommended. We will be back.

Lovely property

Well appointed. Everything you need, plus some nice bonuses for those traveling little ones (pack and play, high chair, etc.). Only downside was that the bedrooms can get a little warm overnight even with the extra fans. Our family enjoyed the stay and will be back!

So much fun!

This is a great property for large or multi families . It was perfect for our needs. It was cozy, clean, comfortable and we had such a great time. The hot tub was very relaxing and it was a short walk to the lake. We hope to be back again. Thank you!

Great 3 Bears stay

We stayed with adult kids, grandbaby and dogs from all of our houses. It was fantastic to be able to bring the pack along with us to a space where they were able to romp, play, and explore. As for the people, the spaces were fantastic for all of us to spend time together and have our own spaces as needed. All of the bathrooms were appreciated. We had a great time and look forward to future stays to enjoy the cabin and the nature in the area!

Best cabin Getaway

Really loved the area and location of the cabin. We had alot to do and many amenties available like jacuzzi, grill , heaters and etc. My favorite part was the 3 cabins and the 4 bathrooms available made everything easier for my group to shower and use the restroom in peace. We loved that we had a grocery next to our cabin in walking distance. Definitely would only need to pack up clothes because everything was available from towels to food condiments and seasonings. 10 out of 10 cabin stay .

Older than I thought

Property was older than what the pictures indicated. Had an old smell to it when we arrived. Also thought the kitchen and family room are small based on how many people can stay there. It served our purpose though

'23 Summer Vaca

The property manager, Alisha, and Mark, the owner did a great job of communication. As for the property, WOW! So much room for our 2 fur babies to run and fetch. All 3 cabins worked out perfectly for all members of the family. The kitchen was well stocked with just about everything we needed. Good space on the Papa Bear porch for all our gatherings, meals, arts and crafts for the grandgirls. we are already chatting about a winter trip to the property. If you like space, and family gatherings surrounded by mature trees with a fenced-in property, then this is a place worth looking into. We will certainly be back for more memories and relaxation. Sorry about the missing pillow :-) :-) GREAT JOB Mark and Alisha!!! Keep the momentum.

Just right

The property was awesome, lots of space for our two pups to roam and play. The fenced in private yard was perfect. Loved the three cabins, we were able to all congregate at papa bear throughout day and then settle into our own spaces for nights. Fully stocked kitchens and bathrooms: utensils, pots, pans, shampoo, conditioner, and Body washes were also a plus. We cooked all of our meals and didn’t need a thing besides the food we brought. The fire pit area was a nice bonus as well as the hot tub. Plenty of wood available on property. The grill area was nice also, just wish there was a light in that space. Many reviews talk about cabin being dirty. We thought the cabins were clean and fresh inside, floors and kitchens and bathrooms, but there were some spiderwebs on windows, but expected for a well-loved rustic cabin. We loved experiencing an older home. My favorite activity was hanging by fire pit gazing at starry sky. Very near town and near many lakes. Overall would definitely stay again and recommend to all. Thanks for sharing this space!
