1680 square foot cabin with fully stocked kitchen, available for your enjoyment. Roomy, modern and full of natural light. Tongue and groove ceiling and a large deck in front and outdoor dining, BBQ and seating area in the back. Beautiful property located very close to the country club. Split floor plan, 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. We just love the huge leather sectional to gather around on and play games, chat or watch some TV. Great family time!

The star gazing here is unmatched. This is considered a dark sky city. The back deck has a nice area to get away from ambient light and look up. I love the stars and milky way up here.

King size bed (2021) pillow top mattress in the spacious master suite, with night stands and a dresser. There is a nice separate shower and bathtub. Nice walk in closet. Second bedroom has a king size bed with a new (2019) memory foam mattress. The third bedroom also has a king size mattress. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms share a full sized guest bathroom including a tub and shower.

We do not have a fenced yard. Host need to approve pets prior to reservations so let us know if you have pets when you are booking and pay the pet fee then. Please keep an eye on your fur babies. There is a $75 pet stay fee, 2 pets maximum.

There is a high resolution smart TV in the family room. You are welcome to stream your apps to the TV. There is also a DVD player and a DVD library there too. There is high speed internet wifi for your convenience. There is no cable TV provided.

There is a ping pong table, paddles, balls and corn hole set in the garage for your use.

Guests are free to use the garage if it is available for use, however owners may have their ATV or other “toy” in there. Firewood is not guaranteed. There may be some in the garage and you are welcome to use that in the fireplace. *** The fireplace is not a gas fireplace, it is a gas assist start only fireplace. Typically if needed leave gas on just to start wood logs burning, (5 minutes or less) then SHUT OFF THE GAS and enjoy wood fireplace, in winter only. IF USE THE FIREPLACE OR BBQ PLEASE DO YOUR BEST TO CLEAN THE BBQ AND REMOVE ASH FROM FIREPLACE FOR NEXT GUEST. THANK YOU VERY MUCH. No summer fires.

Nicely stocked kitchen has all your needs to make a great meal, including microwave and dishwasher. Spices are included. A drip coffee maker, filters and sme coffee. There is a gas BBQ on the back deck. Full sized washer & dryer in the utility room. There is a ping pong table in the garage.

Our cabin does have heat but NOT air conditioning. The water heater maybe on low when you check in so please adjust for your stay so you may need to turn it up on arrival.(Water heater is in the grage if you need to adjust) . There are several ceiling fans to keep you comfortable. There are often nice afternoon breezes and if you’re lucky, a afternoon storm. It can still get warm in the house however in our opinion we are always comfortable up there even win the heat is extreme in Phoenix. We are in a well treed area and that helps keep things nice and shady. ******

Easy walking distance to the equestrian center where they rent horses for rail riding and a Pinetop Provision store that supplies coffees, and a small convenience store. The have a cute patio in the back of their building. Quick drive to The Gathering Place if there is a wedding you may be attending.

There may be RV parking at the equestrian center for a fee. No RVs are allowed on premises or parked in front of street due to HOA rules.
