The room and bath were clean but smelled like old cigarette smoke. Non smoking room. The rear entrance lock was broken, so security concern. $150 deposit was offensively high. Overall, I felt ripped off for the price I paid.

I cut my leg on the bed. I didn't see a metal sticking out. The bed skirt hide the sharp metal. It very hard for me to heal soy family was concerned.

Friendly Staff, But Other Issues…

The room was at an elevated rate due to the Labor Day weekend. The breakfast was ok, but the same everyday. My son grabbed a yogurt to go, and when he started eating it he thought it tasted weird, turns out the expiration date was from 2023. There was a jacuzzi tub in the room, not in the bathroom, but in the corner of the room and the room smelled very musty I believe because of it. My son went to use the jacuzzi tub and when he turned the jets on, two live spiders came out into the water. I’ve never seen him jump so fast. After that no one wanted to use the jacuzzi tub, so we went to use the hot tub by the pool, and of course, it was out of order. The walls in the rooms seemed very thin as it was really loud when someone next door or upstairs turned on their water, and also we could hear practically every footstep from the room above us. If you have other options, you may want to check those out first…
