Disappointing
It’s clear that this double wide home was once beloved, and it’s also clear that it’s not taken care of that way any longer. The cobwebs were huge, the paint job was on all the windows and fixtures and chipped, the hot tub was not usable (cloudy, low, and yellow-tinted water), and we had to wash most dishes before using.
I also did not receive check in information prior to arrival, though they were quick to provide it once I called.
The location is beautiful and the house serviceable.

Beautiful location
The location was beautiful, the house is nice. The house was clean and had the facilities. The hot tub was fun as well the swing. The house needs some improvement like the kitchen equipment are little old. There is only one AC in the main room, so for really hot day it's hard to sleep. Overall it was good, but if made some more improvements to the house, it will be a beautiful place to stay.
