Spectacular apartment with sea views, on the beachfront. Air conditioning, wifi, satellite TV. A luxurious living room with 58 "TV, terrace, overlooking the seafront. The kitchen is modern and is equipped with a fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, coffee maker. It leads to a laundry room with a washing machine and a tender area. The main bedroom has views of the sea and the promenade, it has a TV on the wall and large built-in wardrobes. The toilet is complete sink, water, hydromassage shower, bidet. The second bedroom has two beds and a built-in wardrobe and the third bedroom has 3 beds and a built-in wardrobe. The house is located in the center of the Torre de la Horadada, on the same street there is a bakery, churreria, asadero, supermarket, magazine store, ice cream parlor, cinema ... and a 5 min walk you reach the town square with restaurants and ice cream parlors. Quiet and well located area. There are places of interest nearby such as the Salinas de San Pedro del Pinatar with mud and medicinal waters, leisure areas, water activities, golf courses in Orihuela Costa, Zenia shopping center. The house is 1 minute from the beach, the beaches Nearby are Playa del Conde and Playa Puerto. Ideal if you own or rent a nautical boat. We have an optional parking with individual gate for € 7 / day.
