Our beautiful set villa is 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom. Within the walled garden we have private off street parking, with on street parking also available. There is a lovely comfy seating area with outside dining table and gas bbq are, with awnings for shade if needed. The private pool is the perfect place for the family to enjoy together, of for couples to have some peaceful relaxation time.
We have a well equipped kitchen, that should have all you need to feel a home from home. Including a dolce gusto coffee machine for those who need their caffeine fix!
The open plan diner/lounge is a great space for all. Dining area has Dining table and chairs to cater for six. With ceiling fan.
The lounge area has a large 55” smart tv. Large L shaped sofa/lounger and another sofa. Pellet burner for those cooler evenings in winter, A/c and ceiling fan for the hot days. All windows have mosquito nets. The lounge also has a door into the conservatory, a perfect chilled place to sit out.
The 1st bedroom has a king sized bed, 2 large built in wardrobes with drawers in each, 2 bedside cabinets, a chest of drawers, a t.v, a ceiling fan and an A/C unit. Patio doors open onto the roof terrace. This bedroom has an en suite full sized bathroom, with bath, shower over the bath, sink, toilet, large mirror and lots of storage!
The 2nd bedroom has twin single beds, a bedside cabinet, chest of drawers, a large built in wardrobe, a full length mirror, a ceiling fan and an A/C unit.

A home from home in the sun
The house was clean and had absolutely everything that we needed for our weeks stay. The fully equipped kitchen was more than adequate, the gas barbecue got plenty of use, the pool was a big hit with the adults and children and it all added up to a really good holiday. Communication was very good, check in was made so easy by Karen (who lives over the road and is super helpful) We couldn't fault the place and will definitely be back. 10 out of 10 😎👍

Great holday in a lovely villa.
The title says it all, the villa is beautiful, the pool is just about the right size, you dont need a large pool.
The inside is very nice, if you have rented before in spain, you will know the fixtures and fittings are not of the best standard, (which i perfectly understand), the whole villa is furnished to a standard you would have in your own home, nothing inside is cheap.
The main bedroom is nice, especially the bed, memory foam mattress, just like home.
Outside is excellent, plenty of seating, nice cushions, conservatory, barbacue in a shaded area if the weather gets too hot.
The drive way is a little awkward to park your car, but ok if you are careful, there is a electric sliding gate on the entrance, you also use this to gain access on foot, so all around the perimeter is very secure and private.
I rent regular, three times a year in spain. If you have rented for your holiday previously, you will know the headline price you see is not usually the price you pay, normally there is a cleaning fee to add on at the end, or in the small print. The price you see for this villa, is the price you pay, which, 1, I thought was a great price, 2, no hiding the extras.
All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed the holday.
