Appartamento con ambienti spaziosi e molto luminosi.

L'appartamento è molto spazioso e luminoso, non manca praticamente nulla, dagli accessori per la cucina a quelli per le pulizie. Dotato anche di aria condizionata e di ampi spazi esterni. Aggiungerei un forno a micro onde e probabilmente da sostituire qualche sedia per l'area esterna. Top anche la disponibilità di un garage di generose dimensioni molto comodo soprattutto in agosto dove altrimenti impossibile trovare parcheggi. Gentilissima la Sig.ra Gianna molto disponibile per il check-in & out, e altrettanto disponibile e gentile la Sig.ra Michela per tutte le informazioni prima del nostro soggiorno e per una consulenza durante lo stesso. Sicuramente consigliato. Grazie

Liguria is always worth a trip.

Ciao Michela, ci è davvero piaciuto soggiornare nel tuo appartamento. Tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno era lì. Una seconda chiave sarebbe stata carina. Das Inserat des Apartments verspricht nicht zu viel. Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in einer sehr netten Gegend in Pietra Ligure. In der Wohnung war alles zu finden was man brauchte.

Siamo stati con la mia famiglia per tutto il mese di luglio in questo bellissimo e confortevole appartamento dotato di tutti i confort e soprattutto ubicato in una posizione eccezionale per tranquillità ma nello stesso tempo comodo per raggiungere a piedi il centro di pietra ligure. È anche vicino ma senza dare disturbo, alla stazione ferroviaria. Lo consiglio vivamente. Gentilissime la proprietaria e la signora di fiducia che segue gli arrivi e le partenze.

Gute Wohnung für einen Aktivurlaub

gepflegtes Apartment in ruhiger, aber zentraler Lage von Petra Ligure. Die Wohnung ist mit dem Auto und zu Fuß gut erreichbar und befindet sich im Erdgeschoss einer Wohnanlage, die hauptsächlich als Ferienwohnungen genutzt werden. Zur Wohnung gehört ein großer Garten mit Grill und eine große, abschließbare Garage. Die Ausstattung ist modern ( Heizung Klima, Präsenzschaltung der Leuchten und Jalousien alles High- Tech und etwas merkwürdig verschaltet). Die Einrichtung ist sehr zweckmäßig mit Ikea Möbeln. Wer also Wert auf italienischer Flair oder gute Betten legt, fühlt sich woanders vielleicht besser aufgehoben. Wir haben die Wohnung für unseren Aktivurlaub genutzt und eigentlich nur drin geschlafen, so dass wir uns recht wohl gefühlt haben. Es gab lediglich 2 kleinere Punkte, die uns etwas gestört haben: - Kein Wifi / Internet würde es wohl über ein Netzwerkabel geben, wir hatten allerdings zufällig kein Modem / Router mit ;) - Die Adresse, die uns vom Vermieter mitgeteilt wurde, stimmte leider nicht. Die Dame vor Ort spricht leider keinerlei Fremdsprachen und unser italienisch ist leider lausig, so dass die Anfahrt und Einweisung in die Wohnung sich etwas verkomplizierte.
