BILL’S PLACE AT SPRING CREEK!
This property sits in the Spring Creek area next to Lake Oahe surrounded by of some of the best hunting and fishing spots in South Dakota. A couple minutes from three boat ramps, Outpost restaurant/lounge, and convenience stores. The house has an open and inviting floor plan. Large multilevel deck with a gas grill enclosed in a fenced yard. Master bedroom has a queen bed, includes an on-suite bathroom, and patio door to the deck. Bedroom two includes a queen bed. Bedroom three has two twin beds.
High speed Internet is included. Pet friendly with small fee. Maximum of 2 dogs (no cats due to allergies), $35 per dog. Please contact us for information about our pet policy. Kitchen includes all dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and Keurig Coffee Maker. Basic linens are provided. Two car garage access and there is plenty of parking for a boat in the driveway and outdoor outlets available for charging boat batteries.
Minimum 3-night stay.
Pierre, SD is located 15 minutes away which offers golfing, dining, hiking/biking trails, movie theater, shopping and groceries.

Vacation home was great with our group of three. Had a few questions about the property that were answered very promptly by property owner. Fishing Trip
We couldn't have asked for a better stay, excellent location with boat ramps on both sides of the house and fishing was great. Very peaceful with lots of wildlife coming through the yard. The house had everything we needed and was very clean. I will definitely stay here again, Terry was very accommodating.
