A little gem situated in the perfect area! Conveniently located and a short drive from downtown Charlottetown. Boutique like hotel rooms with all the amenities of a high end property and friendly staff that go out of their way to make your stay special. A special shout out to Donna and her kitchen staff that put on a wonderful breakfast every morning. Also thank you to front desk staff that kept the coffee going all night long. Okay, but expensive

Hotel is a bit dated and amenities are show it. Upkeep is good, however we had to switch rooms as the HVAC unit was not working well. It barely was cooling the room and making a low humming noise. The new room had a better HVAC unit, but still was struggling to keep up. Another downside was the price $500+ per night for a Holiday Inn. I guess it was high season, but still too expensive. I may stay here again if there was no other option.

Poor food options for breakfast for vegan or vegetarian people. The Fairfield by Bonvoy has better breakfasts and they are comparable hotels and they go out of their way to accommodate different tastes without incurring extra expenses.

I absolutely loved this hotel! We stayed here three nights with our two kids. The front desk staff was lovely, breakfast was great, the pool area was clean, and the hotel was quiet. Lots of dining options nearby you can drive to and a short drive to downtown. Don't expect to be walking distance to downtown though

Nice hotel

Our room was great,we asked for a extra bed (roll away cot) and they got us one right away. Kids enjoyed the pool and the included breakfast, it was good.

We had ordered the room in March. Thinking we would get a beautiful room. What we did get was terrible. The room was what felt like a basement. Very dark, depressing and not at all I would have expected from a Holiday Inn. We will never return. The room next door seemed liked we were in the same room. It had an adjoining door and we heard everything. There was a high pitch what sounded like fire alarm, off and on while we were in the room. Thinking it stopped, to only be woken at 1:00 a.m. with this high pitch alarm sound. Wondering if it was outside the room or in my room. I search and realized it was the small refrigerator. The beds made so much noise when you got on it or tried to get out of bed. Honestly, booking so early and to get such a room that felt forgotten and depressing, we will not return. We have had such excellent experiences with other Holiday Inns. I was so disappointed, I almost left to go to another hotel close by. All I have to say is thank goodness we only had a two night stay.

We stayed for a week and had a great experience overall. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free. The front desk staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The hotel and rooms were spotless, and the beds and pillows were exceptionally comfortable (we slept really well every night ^^). Free on-site parking was a big plus and made getting around easy. While the hotel isn’t brand new, it’s well maintained and felt like a perfect base for our vacation. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Charlottetown.
